Prior to joining Kroll, Enrico was partner and vice-chairman at Pirola Corporate Finance SpA and Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati, leading the valuation practice, head of strategic planning at FCA Group in Turin and senior manager at PwC – Financial Advisory Services in New York.

Enrico has extensive experience in business and intangible assets valuations for acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, financial reporting and for tax reporting purposes. He has served corporate clients and private equity funds representing a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, ICT, retail, consumer products, healthcare and utilities.

He is a member of the M&A Committee of the Italian Association of Private Equity and Venture Capital (AIFI) and of the Corporate Finance Committee of the Italian National Association of Financial Executives (ANDAF). He is assistant professor and member of the Scientific Committee of the Masters of Science in Analysis and Financial Planning at the University of Cassino and Lazio Meridionale and lecturer at several conferences and seminars.

Enrico holds a University Diploma in Business Administration, majoring in corporate finance, from the School of Business of the University of Turin, a M.S. in Economics and Business from the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia and a M.B.A., majoring in finance, from the University of Connecticut. He is a certified chartered accountant and registered statutory auditor in Italy.
