Stefanie Perrella Appointed Global Head of Transfer Pricing at Duff & Phelps, A Kroll Business

New York – Duff & Phelps, A Kroll Business, the world’s premier provider of services and digital products related to governance, risk and transparency and the leading valuation advisor, today announced that Stefanie Perrella has been appointed Global Head of the firm’s Transfer Pricing practice. She succeeds Jill Weise, who has taken on the role of Kroll’s first Chief Impact Officer.

Perrella most recently served as head of the firm’s New York Transfer Pricing practice, providing global transfer pricing advice to organizations that range from Fortune 500 companies to startups, with a particular focus on financial transactions.

Perrella joined the firm through the acquisition of Ceteris, where she was an associate director. She began her career in transfer pricing at NERA Economic Consulting. Throughout her career, Perrella has gained substantial experience assisting clients with all aspects of global transfer pricing including planning, compliance, implementation and disputes. In addition, she has significant knowledge in providing transfer pricing valuation services associated with intangible transfers for biotech and medical device clients.

Perella is considered an industry thought leader on financial transactions transfer pricing. She has authored numerous publications and is an award-winning speaker that has presented on a range of valuation and pricing topics at international conferences and universities on behalf of the firm.
