Scott Davidson Discusses Damages Assessments in International Arbitration at the Inaugural Canadian Arbitration Week

Scott Davidson, Managing Director and Head of the Canadian Disputes, Investigation and Valuations practice, spoke on the panel, “Expert-led Quantification of Damages.” The panel discussed the increasing complexity of damages assessments, tribunals’ approaches to damages assessments and the independence of party-appointed experts.

With over 25 years of experience, Scott has been named in Who's Who Legal: Consulting Experts, a publication focused solely on identifying the world’s leading consulting experts in the Economic Consulting – Quantum of Damages category as well as in the Canadian edition’s Arbitration Expert Witnesses category.
