David Larsen Shares Insights with Bloomberg Tax on Process Modernization for Equity Funds

David Larsen, Managing Director in the Alternative Asset Advisory practice, was recently quoted in the Bloomberg Tax article titled, “Oversight of Private Equity, Fund Values Set for Overhaul.”

Talking about the SEC’s proposed new rule that would modernize how fund boards oversee the process for private equity and other investments like mutual funds, David said that, “There is no better time than right now to modernize the rule because it is exactly focused on those assets that require additional judgment. And in this market condition because of the pandemic, more judgment is required than ever.”
