Duff & Phelps Elects Bill McNabb to its Board of Directors

New York – Duff & Phelps, the global advisor that protects, restores and maximizes value, today announced that F. William (Bill) McNabb III has been appointed to the firm’s board of directors.

McNabb is the former chairman and chief executive officer of The Vanguard Group, Inc, where he served in various leadership roles before being named chief executive officer in 2008 and chairman in 2010. He retired as chief executive officer in 2017 and as Vanguard's board chairman in 2018. McNabb is a member of the board of directors of IBM, UnitedHealth Group, Axiom, CECP: The CEO Force for Good and the Philadelphia School Partnership, and chairman of the board of the Zoological Society of Philadelphia. In addition, he was chairman of the Investment Company Institute’s board of governors from 2013 to 2016.
